A couple tips about this studio and location!

  • Please make sure to arrive less than 5 mins early before your appointment.
  • If you prefer to wear a mask, please provide your own.
  • Cancellation policy- 24 hrs notice is required when cancelling your appointment or you may be subject to pay the full cost. If it is within the 24 hr window, emailing me is best. krileyrmt@gmail.com (Texts are NOT acceptable as this is a landline phone and I don’t receive them.)
  • Free 2 hour parking along 10th or meter parking along Ontario St or 8th.
  • The #9 and #99 bus runs along Broadway and stops out front.
  • You may need your cellphone to call me if the downstairs door to the building is locked (usually it is unlocked.) If you don’t have a cellphone, please email me the day before to inform me of this so that I know to wait for you downstairs. In case you forget your phone, I will check for you after 5 mins past your start time.
  • There is one flight of stairs to climb inside the building, unfortunately there is no elevator.

Whether you're recovering from old injuries, manage a high stress job or sit for long hours we all go through various changes in our body that may cause aches and pain. By choosing a Registered Massage Therapist, it's a solid step towards giving yourself the well deserved selfcare to rest and recover.

I love thinking outside of the box and finding creative ways to use techniques and tools while using my intuitive flow to help release stubborn knots and discomfort of sorts.

My intention with creating a cozy sanctuary is to be able to have clients take a moment to sink in and address areas of concern so that I can gather what is coming up physically and emotionally. I believe in the mind + body + health connection, this way I can intuitively map out how to help shift things.

By playing music that reaches the theta brain waves, this aids client’s minds into a meditative state and with the addition to using hot or cold stones to massage along areas of concern or to be placed in an area to bring awareness and/or to ease pain, it is meant to help heighten the massage treatment. These are all intentional key pieces to help clients drop into the zen zone to give an eclectic experience.

Past experiences that led me to the massage world were dabbling into aromatherapy and herbs. Then becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and using my knowledge to work in health food stores. In recent years taking courses/workshops on acupressure, Reiki, PSYCH-K, breathwork, and intuition has helped shape the RMT I am today.

Outside of work I play soccer, love to go thrift shopping, rolling with my crowmies (feeding the crows) at work/ home, being in nature, and checking out amazing places to help with my own self-care.
